Commendable Customer Service

Called to amend my existing policy and assisted by Bonolo Irvin Magagula. I would like to commend MiWay for their call back system. When I made the call was agitated for I was anticipating holding forever to be assisted , to my surprise they have a "call back "option as my number was identified (existing customer) and within a minute they called ! Service by Bonolo was commendable (professional & friendly) too hopefully the closing of the "pending" deal will bring me more smiles and I will sure come back to rate the service :-)
