This means that your potential customers have to opt into your communication by providing consent before you can engage with them using any form of electronic communication.

PLEASE STOP COLD CALLING ME! I have not opted in to be contacted by you. If it is not you directly then it is a company called Icon. I get at least two to three calls a week. It is very annoying!
