Clown consultant MZWAKHE MATHEBULA

Pathetic service from Miway Consultant. MZWAKHE MATHEBULA is a good for nothing piece of ****. My grandparents were involved in a car accident and are hospitalised and this clown showed ZERO empathy instead he lectures us about the "POPI ACT". What happened to customer service? Do we mean fo@#ol to you guys!!! Taking monthly premiums from elderly people but no service delivery. He asked to call us back with no explanation and then sends an email stating "we tried to get hold of you" but there are no missed calls on our side. Management needs to listen to this call and attend to this! Number called from: *** I want this claim processed because my grandparents will not be ******ed by you good for nothing people. Train your consultants to speak to people! If they don't love their jobs, let them give it to people who want to work! So many bad reviews but absolutely no improvement or interest.
