closing policy
It took me less than 10 minutes to open a policy, not enough information was provided. Once trying to close the policy 10min later I am given the run around. All of a sudden the department is closed after having been online holding for an hour. My policy is still open and they debiting money from my account. <br> <br> I suggest people to not even bother trying to open policies with the company.. please help I don't know what to do anymore
