Client Retention

I contacted Miway to cancel my policy, I then spoke to Christiaan Potgieter, who managed to lower my premium, and also telling me how I have been a good client to them for the past, since year 2013. His service is good, and i m well advised by him, as i have been loyal to the company miway. people like christiaan, must be retained in the miway to gain more customers.
