Client claim rejection and rights violation of certain clients with no logical outcoume

I had a car accident in high crime zone at night whilst trying to do my best to keep a safe distance from a car that was contentiously tracking my routes for some distance. Whenever i increased my speed it did likewise...with a risk of a possible hijack and in and unfami**** routes of mabopane and soshanguve i was left with no option as its also at night ....tried my best to maintaining a safe distance as reasonably as possible ...to my shock whilst controlling the car towards a traffic circle i realized sudden flickering bright lights of another car towards me in motion i was left with no options but to accelerate away from the car to eliminate a direct collision ....in the unfortunate even i hit a pavement and a wall which resulted in a written off of my car ...i logged a claim with miway 2 months latter after after battling to get claim information and process as i was treated with silence ...my claim was then rejected on the basis that i was supposed to have the used precaution whilst dogging the other vehicle and to minimize loss ,injury and damage.My view on their rejection does not make any sense

seat belts were worm ,speed was reduced in due cause ,an action to accelerate away from danger was executed, after dodging the other direct facing car speed reduction was app**** as the tracker suggests,..on the tracker i drove moderately most of the trip to show precaution and car and made sure my passenger wore seat belts at all time ...did not drive under the influence ...was sober all the time

i requested Miway all telephonic recordings since contract logging,the specialist report fro 2 months and more i have not received any and all the time its issues based on the baisis before they can courier they need to know my living address yet i have a policy with them

they then latter disconnected my car tracker they used a rejected panel beater diamond to asses my car of which they confirmed to me telephonicaly that they not supposed to go near my car.

they took my car to smd without my concern

they dropped my car policy even though i requested them to leave it a a result to give the ombudsman credible information this in despite of me saying no!

they came up with speed values which did not form basis of the tracker values of speed vs time

thus they dispute the tracker
