Clarity is needed.

Miway consultants are forever helpful and professional. I like that about them but I have a little problem . So I was talking to a consultant and she asked me if I have a car tracker, I confirmed that I do have it even though it's a netstar basic . She said okay and did not further comment on that . I'm shocked now that I have recieved my contract with them and it claims that I have to tracking device in my car. I think the consultant should have explained that I need to upgrade my tracker or something like that instead of just writing no tracker.
