Clarity about my policy

Hi<br> <br> I called my Miway and a bubble lady on the end of the line picked up who came across as someone willing to help and with a great telephone ethics.<br> <br> I wanted a clarity on my policy of what I am covered for. She took her time to explain everything to me.<br> <br> After her explanation she further asked me if I needed more help to which I said no. She appeared to be someone who is very knowledgeable on Miway products.
