Claims shouldn't take this long

MiWay use to have such good agents. Even just for a query, they were informed and willing to assist. I would never need to follow-up on my own or have such a small claim drag on this long - they actually wanted to do their job!!! Seems like a wave of unqualified or unwilling agents have entered. A simple, scratch and dent claim is taking more than a week to resolve.

The agent either doesn't know what they are meant to do, the other who says they will take over doesn't even respond or provide feedback on the claim, no management to follow up with.

I can only imagine what will happen with a big claim. Once I'm sorted with this claim - in 2027 surely at this pace - its time to bid MiWay goodbye
