claims service is horrible, when i need help i'm being ghosted

i was involved in a car accident my first experience and trauma of such, the last thing i thought was to get such service from my insurance,

i was hospitalized but i was still the one to call and follow up on my claim, iv been promised id get a call back from the claims side and i have never gotten a call since, I'm in paid suffering from injuries yet I'm the one who calls everyday, i spoke to someone who said they will call me in 15 min to give me an update regarding getting a car hire, its that was on Friday morning and yet i again i must call to follow up. this is not the service i expect when but when you sell me the policy you would call everyday day to sign me up but now i need your help, i should call each time, wow
