Claims Query
Upon receiving my approved claim, I noticed service provider given was in another province. I then contacted MIWAY through the Whatsapp line and a lady by URSULA NGAMLANA came to my rescue and assisted me in less than 30min. Thank you so much Ursula, keep up the good work and fly the flag high for MIWAY. I have been with MIWAY since 2012 and I safely say , I will continue giving my support to the Company as they always been there and always quick to respond to claims request. Regards Gugu
