Claims Process - Very Slow !

Part of me does not want to believe that I registered a claim 11 days ago, but it is still at the stage of being assessed. Let alone the fact that I got stranded on the day of the incident with nothing to take me home, while my cover has car hire benefit! I am even scared now as I have had this hired car for 10 days already, with the claim still being assessed. Perhaps 10 more days from now I would be told that the dealer is waiting for parts - another 3 weeks - the 30 days car hire would be over like that and I would have to see how I travel afterwards..

Nobody needs to feel this way when claiming after an incident. Only if I knew.
