Claims Process

<p>It's been almost 30 days since I submitted my claim and I'm still waiting for settlement as my vehicle was written off. I'm told that Miway is waiting for confirmation from SMD but I still do not have a clue as to when this will be sorted out. I am really disappointed in the service that I have received. </p> <p>I have asked to speak to someone in authority but apparently even this person will not be able to help. </p> <p>And I thought of myself as a valued client...</p>
