Claims payout poor

Ref c*** .Miway knocked my stationary vehicle over a month ago but I had to submit claim as if I was at fault and m claimjng by getting quotes sunmitting accident documents ..to date it is unresolved.when the consultant allocated to my case is out of office nobody follows up and provide feedback .I requested 3 consultants to walk to management over the last few days because they say they await management report .thereafter I have to wait another few days for payment .frustrating
