Claims

I logged a claim on the 19th November, finally got approved on the 2nd December, thats all the info i got. No one to complain to, assessor dont take my calls and is never available. They even logged an airfryer as a claim. I do not own an air fryer. Assessor never kept me in the loop of whats going on.
