Claims Department

I am very frustrated and annoyed at the service received from the claims department. My car was hijacked together with my cell phone, car claim was resolved perfectly, however the cell phone claim is taking 2 months now already. Tshwarelo Rumo don't answer his emails, don't call back after leaving messages, never available..very bad and really disapointed in the service received. #stillwaitingformycellphone
