Claims are not processed and Monitored

I should have taken my car for repair past Friday but since I told them to change the panel beaters, they have ran away from me, just for a small repair I'm wondering what would have happened if it was a big accident. I'm not happy with your claims department. I can't recommend miway to anyone.
