Claims agent poor service

The claim agent does not keep to his word. He makes empty promises to come back to you or he will escalate things but a week later when you follow up on the claim then he only actions it. For the past week I have been calling where his number is no longer going through, and if I leave messages he never calls you back.

I have been in an accident in June ...and I am still waiting with no feedback.
