Claims Against a MiWay client Fraught with Apathy and Inconsistency

<p>To those on Miway or considering to join Miway motor insurance, please be made aware that from my actual experience, you may be at risk from being held personally liable for costs related to an accident in which it was your fault. Miway makes claims against a client so ********, timely, haphazard and unfair, that like me, I am now claiming through my own insurer and will legally pursue the MiWay client for all costs related to restoring my vehicle to pre-collision condition.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please discuss this part of your contract with MiWay, it is your right to be fairly protected in situations like this and not have the 3rd party inconvenienced to such an extent that they are forced to persue unfreindly options.</p>
