Claims administrator...
Claims administrator was/is on leave, and out of office response was available with a contact person in her absence, fine...I contact the person and quiry forwarded to line manager for feedback. To this day no response on my claim. What is the continuity plan when one goes on leave? Must I wait for claims administrator to come back from leave before I'm assisted? I've done follow ups and no one getting back to me. The pits!
