Good day Mi Way Team ( My policy nr ********** 8) I will never recommend your business to anyone, not even the people that held the gun against my head. You and your actions are actually worse than the night I experienced this ordeal. I told you my house keys and vehicle keys were ******. I replace my own house keys because according to you is it not an emergency so the ********* can come back and rob me again. I replaced one vehicle key because I obviously need to get to work to pay my policy, which you have a problem with. The ********* have the other keys so they have all the right to come back and take the vehicles. Looks like you would rather pay R500 000.00 for ****** vehicles that R50 000.00 for keys and yes it is still not an emergency. They stole items at my house now I am held ransom ( gun against my head again) to show you proof of equipment. I gave you all the details, booklets, you saw the ****** TV's remotes, the empty TV brackets where the TV’s used to be, empty boxes, you even went through cupboards from where nothing was ****** to make sure I don’t hide the “****** stuff”. I gave you slips from the store where I bought the item but the slip if faded due to old age which remain my problem I need to drive around leave my work who actually pay me a salary to enable me to pay my policy, with a vehicle which the ********* have keys for? Am I such a sick individual to arrange an armed ******* to let my 7 and 16 year old daughters go for psychology assistance? I gave you witnesses details you phoned them to obtain more information I gave you a statement from the SAPS.I would recommend you reject this claim and pay Maria Phahlane her commission or bonus for achieving yet another invalid claim and I can continue with my life. I am sure none of your staff have ever gone through such an ordeal and I would not wish this upon anybody, but your company values need a serious reconsideration, because you obviously do not care. I gave you all the information I have so please do with it what you have to and close out this claim whichever way you have to. Kind Regards
