I would like to Thank MiWay in how they dealt with my claim. Well I was involved in a mini crash where I lost control of my car trying to avoid photholes and hit a street light, and my car was badly damaged it was ONLY TWO WEEKS old. Well it looked like a minor but damages amounted to a lot of money since it's not a common car brand in SA. (HAVAL) . I was assisted by Morne, the claims assessor. He did a great job however it took about 3 weeks to 4 weeks to just finalize damages as they claimed it was difficult to find the exact prices because of the nature of the brand but finally my claim was approved. My wish try to fasten the process to finalize car assessment coz car hire is only about 30 days meaning you will be left without a car for some time.
