Claiming is horrific!

All insurance companies are great, until you have too claim. We had a minor break in at our house a while ago where some electronics and a laptop was ******. MiWay treated us like the ********* during the claim process. We even received an email that we are now "high risk" clients, and therefore our excess will increase. I don't understand how this single claim has anything to do with us being high risk, especially since we have NEVER claimed before!?
