Claimed on the 25th of May
Claimed on the 25th of May. Even today, the 17th of June, my claim is not finalized (towing is outstanding). I can't drive the car even though it's still drivable because i don't feel comfortable as the distance to panel beater is long. I am very disappointed. The person who my claim was assigned to sometimes was not at work and couldn't be assisted. I called countless time.
