claim that was unfairly rejected

Burglary happened at my house week and i put a claim with miway, they requested everything they stole and i did give them including the places i bought them and now they say i gave them wrong tv size they can't pay for everything i lost and they are also canceling my policy i asked them that if i wanted to do a ***** why did i give them the correct place where i got the tv? Then the lady by name of Roxanne told that she is going to recommend that my claim be rejected because of that and yes she did that. I was not surprised because she told me that my policy was still new when we started to talk about my incident. Is this how my miway work? I'm still shocked
