Claim Taking Too Long To Be Approved
Good Day,
In the many years that I have been with Miway, 8 years to be precise. I have never been interrogated like this for a claim as if I was a ********. Miway is starting to be like most insurance where they want to find a loop hole just to reject ones claim. I have been so happy with miway up until today.
Claim Number: 889305
Can my claim please be escalated to a Manager for approval as its taking quiet a bit long for a claim to be approved. I have submitted all relevant information for the claim to be processed and approved.
