Claim taking being taken into consideration
I have a claim with Miway that hasn’t been finalised & now it’s been 3 weeks, I am assisted by an agent by the name Sello Mpati his very rude & all the time I’m the one who needs to send emails & call following up the claim. Miway isn’t punctually at all, customer satisfaction is at 0% with no doubt I don’t recommend it anymore to anyone
