Claim still not paid in over 4 months

I submitted a claim with Miway for scratches and dents in December 2021; the claim was approved within a week. However, to this day I have not received payment. Miway does not even have the decency to contact me and inform me of the reasons for the delay. I constantly need to call and when I do I’m taken from pillar to post, told that “the matter is being referred to the manager”. During the last phone call, I was told that the payment would be processed within 3 days, that was 7 Days ago.

It is upsetting and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I took that cover for convenience’ sake and I’m officially cancelling it because it serves no purpose for me.

This is so disappointing of Miway. I have spoken to the likes of Nhlanhla Nkosi, Tebogo, Callyn, Thandi and no one has gotten back to me or bothered to follow up on this claim.
