Claim still not paid - Going on three months!

I was in a car accident and have a claim with Miway waiting on payment. I've drawn out all paperwork and been trying to get hold of Marcel repeatedly. No response on any of my emails. His number just says Marcel is not available or it rings with no answer. I've left voicemails and countless emails has been sent with no response. I also have to continuously follow up. He also complains about how he has other matters to attend to and will get round to it when he has time. While I can appreciate this it's been a month, surely that's enough time?I need to be paid for my accident and I'm still waiting. I can't understand what the holdup is. Please help?
