Claim settlement
Although the agents were very friendly and tried their best to assist, I am very disappointed with the R20563 I will be receiving for the electronics under house contents due to lighting damage. This amount is supposed to cover 2x TVs, a PlayStation and 2 DSTV decoders which is very unreasonable in my view.
Also my settlements took over 14 days to resolve, which in my view is very long and disappointing.
