claim rejected without valid explanation

We have endured the worst possible service from a credible company like miway that is full of empty promises. We received a report that our claim has been rejected because through thorough investigations it was found that the person mentioned as the regular driver was in actual fact not the regular driver...how the assessor came to that conclusion is beyond our imagination and no explanation has been given to us as to how he came to that conclusion. A consent form to access the additional drivers' medical records, personal information and more annoyingly was the permission to access his cellphone records. The policy holder had no objection is signing the former but the additional driver can't sign a consent forms to access his private conversations, medical records and credit checks. The quotation for fixing the car was rather expensive hence miway tried to find reasons not to process the claim. I would urge anyone considering to insure with miway to rethink his or her decision. They are just not worth it, highly unprofessional.
