claim rejected with no physical evaluation
<p>I registered a claim and was informed that the quotation received to fix my vehicle was lower than my excess fee(R4500 pls additional fee) the quoation was aboutR5000 so i took my vehicle for asses*****t to 3 different panel beaters and received a quoation of average of R12000, i then called the call centre and was informed to send the quotes to Nombuso who deals with claims which i did and copied her mananger aswell(Ruan) and im yet to get any feedback from them. i aasked them to refer me to the panel beater that gave them a R5000 quote so i can take my car there</p>
