Claim Rejected due to lack of evidence

I registered a claim with Miway as my car was damaged, due to an attempted highjacking which occurred the night of 5 March 2016.<br> <br> I assisted Miway and Rhulani with all the documentation he required, he even wanted my bank statements to see if I had bought alcohol and even after all that and confirming my tracking report, which I also got, he and his manager felt that they are rejecting my claim after they \investigated\" and spoke to \"random\" witness in the street and their witness confirmed that I wasn't driving my vehicle.<br> <br> After requesting these \"witness statements\" from them they are refusing to give it.<br> I am not happy with Miway as they are rejecting my claim on not, firstly, having sustainable evidence but hear say stories they heard in the street and secondly their hear say ******* not being on documented affidavits or their witnesses not going to the police and giving their statements! <br> <br> I want this story sorted out ASAP as I am not going to waste 3 months doing the dispute process!!! <br> You are easy to take my money every month but cant do you part when requested to.<br> <br> My claim number is C713737, I want this reviewed from another investigator!!!"
