Claim rejected due to he say/she say

I have lodged a claim which is not paid even today after I had been with the for close to 5 years with two cars insured. The claim balance of probability through info gathered from 2 people. They disregarded what the other people said. They claim drunkenness from a case where I went to the Police station right after the accident and walked into the charge office full of Police officers, If I was drunk I would have been seen there in the Police station and from my little knowledge you are not allowed to sign a legal binding document under the influence. As their client for all those years without a single claim or problem and having to have insured 4 cars with them I felt it was not fair for them to reject my claim. To say a person was drunk you need to have proof as in blood samples and numbers. I might smell of alcohol but just woke up and that smell is from last night or 10 hours ago
