Claim reject

I am utterly disgusted by Thinus van Dyk an assessor from Miway for misrepresenting the facts that led to the decline of a claim. I was involved in an accident on the 7th of february 2015 and my car was badly damaged. I was alone in the car by the time of the accident, to my surprise according to this *********** assessor his report states that I was not the driver of the vehicle by the time of the accident and a certain individual unknown to me was infact the driver under the influence of alcohol. What infuriates me is that I sat down with This Thinus guy, he asked me questions of which I promptly responded however what is contained in the letter to myself stating reasons for rejection of the claim is absolute nonsense (A) DISHONESTY- I was not the driver at the time of the accident (NOT TRUE), (B) This apparent driver was under the influence of alcohol (WHO'S THIS PERSON). I sent a letter to MIWAY in despute of the claim, I hope someone comes to his senses and look into this matter (Ben Loubser)
