I'm a customer who is not satisfied as I'm paying my premiums on time never claimed for two years , but now I find my self disappointed as my claim is not resolved and don't know where or how far it is. This week is my 4th week and I'm still not assisted. You request me to send documents over and over, but when you take my premium you don't hesitate. Ill never give or advise anyone to join your company. I thought I choose the best insurance but its clear that I was wrong. Also im unable to get hold of Tebogo or carel
