Claim processed wrong and no feedback
Put an urgent claim in for rims that is damaged and was told feedback given within 2 to 3 working days. No feedback received after trying to make contact on numerous ways, eventually someone called and the claim was processed for only 1 wheel instead of 4 as per request and price provided for 1 is half the amount of a new set of rims. This was an urgent claim as it's unsafe to drive with a spare for too long and no urgency or proper assistance was provided

The assistance provided has not been very helpful. We have no clarity on what needs to be done and where we can go to get an assessment and then excess has been pushed to an extreme amount as well. We have been Miway customers for 7 plus years with only 1 claim and this experience is very stressful on top of the experience we went through of attempted hi jacking. Tried using email and WhatsApp channels to comminute but keep getting your advisor will be in contact.
