Claim process not transparent and suspicious

Miway is no longer the same. I called before submitting a claim and they confirmed that the vehicle part was covered. After providing them with all the neccessary documents as requested agent replies with a copy and paste email from the "Motorite" stating that the part is no longer covered. You are far better off without cover. They are really good when it comes to customer servicel until you submit a claim.
