Claim Process

On the 23rd my son had an accident with my car. Still in so much shock after the other party drove off, Corne from MiWay kept us calm, checked if my son was okay and walked me calmly through the process. The tow-away service First Link/Road, Ona Ndala, assisted by lodging our claim through the MiWay app - getting instant approval for their services and sending through pictures of my damaged car.

During the chaos and shock, Corne was on the line, assisting friendly and helping me calm down. I just want to thank Corne from the bottom of my heart for assisting me in such a professional manner and also Ona that made the call from his phone and let me put in the claim.
