claim process
Where do i start??? i have been three years with Miway and always paid my premiums on time . I never claimed ever since ive been insured with them, unfortunate I had a incident a month ago where it was not my fault. The claim process is extremely delayed my car is still at the panelbeaters and everytime i phone them to know the process of my claim they give me the run a round. i still dont have my car and they cant tell me when i will get it.
i will never recommend Miway to anyone,once i get my car i am cancelling my policy. i dont mind paying alot what matters to me customer service.

09 Apr 2018, 14:30The agent Seipati Ngake called me now, and claim to say that she always updated me with the process of my claim which she never did. If i didn't call i dont think i would have known where i stand with the process of my car claim.

It's been a month and couple of days and my car is not fixed. Please advise why is this happening. Coz not Miway or trueway panelbeater is coming back to me. I'm so frustrated and disappointed
