Claim procedure

Dear Miway

Thank you for approving my claim I think you have the most effective process when it comes to claims and big up for that. No one wishes for an accident to happen you should reconsider these additional access you charge. When I took cover with Miway I didn’t know I was going to claim in the first three months and it was a shock when I was told I need to pay an access of 11k unfortunately those are terms and conditions I agreed to and I can’t blame you for it. 15k was paid towards me which was not enough to fix the car but it is what it is. I was not sure when I joined Miway and I was planning to cancel after few months, but after how the claim was handled I’m glad I never did. You’re really good I hope I don’t get to say bad things about Miway in future but if you continue being the best insurance company I doubt I ever will.
