Claim payments was supposed to be done on 8th today is 18 not done

Payout of my claim was supposed to be done on the 8th, form send to you on the 8th of Nov but still not done. Forms was send to Silindile on the 8th but nothing was done. I have been phoning almost everyday to follow up on the payment of my claim and I will also send an e mail and won't get a call back. On the 15th she called after many attempts of getting hold of her saying she is sending the form for payments to be done on the 15th. Ok . I called again in the 17th the person I spoke to confirm that payment was done Ok. Phoned again today the 18th the person I spoke to told me that payment was done yesterday the 17th. I trusted you miway for 10 years and now because you have to pay this is the kind of service I am getting, and the person I spoke to today was not friendly did not even give an apology even if she so that I was not happy and I am not even sure if payment was done yesterday. Is this how you treat us when we have to get payment from you? Is this your standards. I did not want to come to this platform but you push me to it because of the way you treated me I am not happy with you Check the forms that I send and see what date is there
