I was involved in minor accident 30 days ago, so I decided to make a follow up. My car still not touched. MiWay only authorised after they kept my car for 18 days without doing anything. Now I am careless and the car hide is due today. When I called they said they are saying there is nothing they can do. I mean this is an expense they are creating unnecessary. I mean it’s been 30 days n nothing has been done. I’m not happy at all
