Claim not payed out

I have a claim with miway. My car caught on fire and burned out. Twice they told me that they will pay out and then they didn't. On Monday they told me that the claim was payed out. On Tuesday they told me the same thing. They said the money will reflect on Thursday. Today there is still no money in my account. I hope that you can help me with this because I have put in complaints against them everywhere I can and still no results. They have not given me a claim number until now so I go by my id number which is 850 ********** 086. The agent that deals with me's number is ********** . Please help me. I need that money. Its been a month and three weeks now.
