claim not getting finalised
Good day I have another complaint and this is getting me very upset at the momen***** been more than a month since first submitting the claim and 3 weeks since the car went to the panelbeater.Ive been informed on monday that my car has been written of and as such I need a new car.The courier was suppose to pick up the cars papers wednesday which never happened and till today hasnt happened.I havent recieved my payout yet as well.Seems like Miway is finding ways to prolong all of my claim related stuff from the rental car,to the claim being processed and now the pay out.I want to go and look for a car but can plan nothing as I am not sure when I will be getting my pay out or why it hasnt been payed as well.The cars papers are still with me and this is getting rediculous.I want an answer today please.
