Claim not finalized

I have never thought I would say this after being with miway for more Tham a decade? Well miway is the worst company to deal with their turn around time is 3days to finalize a client. We'll that will happen if you are lucky. I submitted a claim on the 19/01/2023 till to date my claim is still in progress. Yesterday I was told that they are double check figures guess what till today the figures are not finalized but one things they are never later on is collection on premiums
