Claim not finalised almost a month

Claim submitted 18 Nov and still no consultant has contacted me. I had to call in twice and still this is not sorted out. Last call I made was 11 Dec and no updates yet. Absolutely pathetic service. Is this how Miway treats a client of 11 years?? I dont suggest anyone insures anything with Miway!
