Claim not finalised!!!
I submitted a claim for my house to Miway on 22 April 2019 (over 2 months ago) as a result of heavy rain that we had. To date this claim has not been finalised. What make it worse is that I have not heard from them for a month now despite sending e-mails to their representative who is handling the claim. I have been a Miway client for years and the service I have received from them this time is disappointing to say the least.
