Claim not attended to for weeks
I put a claim for my three to four weeks ago. There is no communication they make whether my claim is approved or not . i made several calls but to no avail. It looks like we must only pay their debits without claiming. Service no longer good. I don't think i will recommend them again after this incident. I have been a loyal client consistently from 2011.

18 Feb 2023, 10:56I feel less valued as a client. The service i am getting makes me to think deeper and harder whether to continue with them or seek alternative insurer. This service is appalling. I had to call for feedback after seeing that nothing was coming forth. Each time i called i got a different story. The only person who genuinely made efforts to intervene is a lady by the name of Ayanda. I never thought one day i will go through this ....
