CLAIM NIGHTMARE

How is it a car that didn't even come out the air bags become a written-off, and now I am suggesting that the car we keep it and they give us whatever value of the car is and we will fix it on our own and we are told that they need to decide if they can offer that option.. I personally have 3 cars insured under MiWay, maybe I need to cancel all the policies before I also encounter such NIGHTMARE, they take advantage of first time buyers and people who are not so clued up about the car claiming process.. other insurances offer that option of buy back and you able to go fix the car on your own as the car is not even badly injured!!

MIWAY is ******** people when we want to claim.

I spoke to the lady by the name of Ayanda Kubeka and seem not so keen to even assist me and she was giving me examples about my work place, how pathetic!!
